James graduated with a BSc Hons in Real Estate from Kingston University. He has also represented England B independent schools football team and was a team member of the Bournemouth Collegiate School team when they won the England indoor football championships, a celebrated achievement for the local school. He joins Berkeleys following his time with Strutt & Parker supporting their prime offices in the fast paced London property market, bringing with him valuable experience in premium residential sales and client service. Having grown up in South Kensington, London attending Thomas’s Kensington and Canford Cliffs, James now returns to his home village with a genuine passion for the local area and coastal lifestyle. Combining the big city experience, network and contacts with strong local knowledge, he is excited to begin the next chapter of his career back on familiar ground.
