Meet Our Local Canford Cliffs Estate Agent Team

Morgan Evans

Branch Partner

Morgan has lived in Poole and the surrounding area all his life, starting in estate agency back in 2003. He has worked for a large corporate agency dealing with a plethora of properties throughout the area, having worked is way up from trainee negotiator to a senior management position. Morgan joined our team earlier this year and brings with him his vast experience, customer driven ethics and desire to succeed.

Outside of work Morgan enjoys, playing golf, coaching football at Broadstone FC and spending time with his wife and three children.

Lyndsey Wilkins

Sales Manager

Lyndsey joined Berkeleys from a large global Estate Agent and has 13 years industry experience. She is exceptionally customer focused and results driven. Lyndsey is pro-active in her approach and is consistently one of Berkeleys top performing sales people. Lyndsey has been with company since it's inception and plays a key role in supporting established customers.

Throughout Lyndsey's career, she has worked with many different people from all walks of life and has developed vast customer service experience.

Lyndsey has grown up in Bournemouth and Poole and is extremely knowledgeable about the local area. In her spare time, Lyndsey enjoys travelling, eating out and spending time with her family and friends.

Natalie Dodd

Senior Property Consultant

Natalie joined Berkeleys from a national corporate estate agency with 3 years experience of selling a plethora of property in the Poole and Bournemouth area. She prides herself on providing first class customer service and achieving the best results for her clients. Natalie has grown up in Poole and Bournemouth, is very knowledgeable about the local area and is always keen to share her knowledge with clients. Outside work Natalie enjoys shopping, travel and spending time with her friends and family.

Ellie Flahive

Senior Lettings Negotiator

Ellie joined or sister company YOUhome after a successful career with a leading UK retailer in a management position. Since joining us she has continued to develop her skills and has gone from strength to strength and now offers lettings and property management services to our database of landlords and tenants.

Ellie currently lives in New Milton and has recently become a home owner herself, so has first hand experience of both buying and being a tenant. Ellie, having been previously been trained in a customer service environment, has an excellent eye for detail and prepares all tenancy documentation with the utmost accuracy. Ellie gained her NFOPP Level 3 qualification in Residential Letting & Property Management in June 2015 which resulted in her becoming a member of ARLA.

James Tiller

Lettings Accounts and Administration

James joined YOUhome following a successful period with one of the UK’s top retailers, where he gained many important skills including delivering great customer service and managing administrative duties effectively. James has lived in Bournemouth his entire life, apart from the three years he spent living in Stoke-on-Trent, where he attended Staffordshire University. Since joining YOUhome, James has worked towards gaining his NFOPP Level 3 award in Residential Letting & Property Management which resulted in him becoming a member of ARLA in November 2011.

James also enjoys watching sport and following his beloved football team AFC Bournemouth, where he is a season ticket holder. His voice can be heard on the radio where he is contributor for a local show and has also had a range of articles published in newspapers, magazines and websites.

Sue Lehan

Branch Secretary

Sue joined Berkeleys in 1992 as the administration secretary and PA to the Partners and is the longest serving member of staff. Ultimately responsible for the administration of the branch, Sue plays an integral role in the smooth running of the office.

Due to her experience, knowledge and dedication, Sue has become indispensable in the many aspects of the business.

Sue is extremely efficient, friendly and has a fantastic work ethos. Her ability to work under pressure and to tight time lines, whilst always remaining calm and cheerful, makes her an invaluable member of the team.

Sheila Morris

Weekend Assistant

Sheila joined Berkeleys in 1995 and provides fantastic support for the team and is the 'face' of Berkeleys at weekends. Her friendly manner and extensive knowledge are hugely valued by both local and regional clients.

Sheila's popularity has meant that many of her clients have become friends over the years and they regularly pop in to see her over the weekend – a time generally known as 'Sheila's Clinic'.

Sheila's dedication and commitment are a huge asset, her contribution allows us to deliver the high level of personal service that our clients have come to know.

Jeremy Priestley

Managing Director

Jeremy is a partner of YOU Group, Fellow of the RICS and has been involved in property for his entire career. As a passionate believer in transparency, customer service and the productivity improvements through innovative technology, he shares the Group's vision for the property sector. He is a former Managing Director of Hamptons International, before which he had spent 10 years based in Hong Kong, the USA and Europe, especially Italy, working in hotel and residential property development and financing. He was a former employee of and consultant to Knight Frank LLP.

Jeremy's interests include education, theatre, restoration of listed buildings and countryside pursuits. Jeremy is married with three children and he shares his time between Bournemouth and London.
