Paul Matthews

Assistant Branch Partner

After thirty five years in estate agency, Paul has still got the same passion, drive, enthusiasm and energy as he did the very first day when he started his career in the industry. The main difference now is that Paul has gained a vast amount of experience and wisdom enabling him to provide his clients the very best advice regarding property valuations and how to sell properties ranging from starter homes through to high end and equestrian style residences.

Natalie Dodd

Senior Property Consultant

Natalie joined Berkeleys from a national corporate estate agency with 3 years experience of selling a plethora of property in the Poole and Bournemouth area. She prides herself on providing first class customer service and achieving the best results for her clients. Natalie has grown up in Poole and Bournemouth, is very knowledgeable about the local area and is always keen to share her knowledge with clients. Outside work Natalie enjoys shopping, travel and spending time with her friends and family.

Ellie Flahive

Lettings Manager

Ellie joined our sister company YOUhome after a successful career with a leading UK retailer in a management position. Since joining us she has continued to develop her skills and has gone from strength to strength and now offers lettings and property management services to our database of landlords and tenants.

Ellie currently lives in New Milton and has recently become a home owner herself, so has first hand experience of both buying and being a tenant. Ellie, having been previously been trained in a customer service environment, has an excellent eye for detail and prepares all tenancy documentation with the utmost accuracy. Ellie gained her NFOPP Level 3 qualification in Residential Letting & Property Management in June 2015 which resulted in her becoming a member of ARLA.

Sue Lehan

Branch Secretary

Sue joined Berkeleys in 1992 as the administration secretary and PA to the Partners and is the longest serving member of staff. Ultimately responsible for the administration of the branch, Sue plays an integral role in the smooth running of the office.

Due to her experience, knowledge and dedication, Sue has become indispensable in the many aspects of the business.

Sue is extremely efficient, friendly and has a fantastic work ethos. Her ability to work under pressure and to tight time lines, whilst always remaining calm and cheerful, makes her an invaluable member of the team.

Sheila Morris

Weekend Assistant

Sheila joined Berkeleys in 1995 and provides fantastic support for the team and is the 'face' of Berkeleys at weekends. Her friendly manner and extensive knowledge are hugely valued by both local and regional clients.

Sheila's popularity has meant that many of her clients have become friends over the years and they regularly pop in to see her over the weekend – a time generally known as 'Sheila's Clinic'.

Sheila's dedication and commitment are a huge asset, her contribution allows us to deliver the high level of personal service that our clients have come to know.
