John started his career in 1993 and he has developed an unrivalled knowledge of the diverse array of properties to be found in this exceptional residential area.

John joined Berkeleys in 1998, and in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the business and the high regard in which he is held in the area, John was promoted to Associate Partner in 2003. He is seen very much as part of the management team shaping the future of the business. John's hard work and pleasant approach is constantly appreciated by our clients.

John lives locally with his wife Sarah and two children.

Pippa originally lived in Oxfordshire and studied at Bournemouth University, graduating in 1999. Her career in property began in Lilliput where she worked for 6 years. Savills invited Pippa to join them in 2006 where she developed an increasingly loyal client base. By 2009, Pippa had long established her reputation as a high flier and was recruited by Berkeleys as an Associate Partner, to join the management team and assist in growing the business.

Pippa has demonstrated an impressive track record in property having worked in the area all of her career and has been heavily involved in negotiating a large number of high profile transactions. Pippa's friendly approach combined with her skill and sheer determination to match purchasers with the right property, is frequently attested to by the gratitude shown by many of the clients she has helped.

Donald Cusackdonald@berkeleys.com

Donald grew up locally and has over 20 years' estate agency experience, the last 15 years having been based in Canford Cliffs, Poole. His primary interest specifically covers the village itself and the surrounding, popular residential areas, the harbour, the local beaches and Branksome Park. He is committed to and continues to provide a high level of customer service in all his work. Donald moved to Berkeleys at the beginning of 2012.

He is married and spends his leisure hours walking the Purbecks and on the beach in summer, as well as indulging his passion for gardening, reading and following Lewis Hamilton and the Grand Prix.

Sue joined Berkeleys in 1992 as the administration secretary and PA to the Partners and is the longest serving member of staff. Ultimately responsible for the administration of the branch, Sue plays an integral role in the smooth running of the office.

Due to her experience, knowledge and dedication, Sue has become indispensable in the many aspects of the business.

Sue is extremely efficient, friendly and has a fantastic work ethos. Her ability to work under pressure and to tight time lines, whilst always remaining calm and cheerful, makes her an invaluable member of the team.

Sue has lived locally in Broadstone for 21 years and is married to Dave.

Ros began working in property in 1997 and was invited to join the team at Berkeleys in 2007, having worked previously with Pippa.

Ros provides invaluable and much needed support to all of the team throughout the week, as and when required, and is seen as a key member of staff. Her wealth of experience and in-depth local knowledge allow her to carry out all aspects of the job.

Ros's enthusiastic approach and willingness to help are especially valuable assets to our business and our customers.

Ros is married to Allan and lives locally in Lilliput.

Sheila joined Berkeleys in 1995 and provides fantastic support for the team and is the 'face' of Berkeleys at weekends. Her friendly manner and extensive knowledge are hugely valued by both local and regional clients.

Sheila's popularity has meant that many of her clients have become friends over the years and they regularly pop in to see her over the weekend – a time generally known as 'Sheila's Clinic'.

Sheila's dedication and commitment are a huge asset, her contribution allows us to deliver the high level of personal service that our clients have come to know.

Sheila lives locally and is married to Tony.

Adrian's interest in the property industry has spanned 20 years and he founded YOU Group based on the belief that customers would embrace a significantly more open, innovative, productive, lifestyle-driven and better value Estate Agent. He has worked hand in hand with Jeremy to make that belief a reality. His career has spanned finance, technology and property. He is now a co-owner of Berkeleys.

Adrian spent 10 years of his career leading technology development challenges at Goldman Sachs and has undertaken several of his own property developments. Adrian is a keen golfer having competed at national level and is a graduate of Imperial College, London. Adrian is married with two children and he shares his time between Poole and London.

Jeremy is a partner of YOU Group, Fellow of the RICS and has been involved in property for his entire career. As a passionate believer in transparency, customer service and the productivity improvements through innovative technology, he shares the Group's vision for the property sector. He is a former Managing Director of Hamptons International, before which he had spent 10 years based in Hong Kong, the USA and Europe, especially Italy, working in hotel and residential property development and financing. He was a former employee of and consultant to Knight Frank LLP.

Jeremy's interests include education, theatre, restoration of listed buildings and countryside pursuits. Jeremy is married with three children and he shares his time between Bournemouth and London.
